11 Our Lord and God, You are worthy to receive glory and honor and power, because You have created all things, and because of Your will they exist and were created.

The 24 elders declare that only God is worthy to receive glory, honor, and power. One of the reasons given is because He created all things which would reflect their praises

This verse is doing a play on words, first, it is addressing the Father but at the same time shifts to Jesus Christ.

Verse 11 clearly identifies Jesus and the Father as being the same God.

Colossians 1:16-17 says, “16 For everything was created by Him, (the word “Him” refers to Jesus in this passage) in heaven and on earth, the visible and the invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things have been created through Him and for Him. 17 He is before all things, and by Him all things hold together.

There’s only one God and one creator who revealed Himself in the person of Jesus Christ.
