Cookie a day: The Destroyer Of Faith

10 “This is what King Sennacherib of Assyria says: ‘What are you relying on that you remain in Jerusalem under siege? 11 Isn’t Hezekiah misleading you to give you over to death by famine and thirst when he says, “Yahweh our God will deliver us from the power of the king of Assyria”?

2 Chronicles 32:10-11

Doubt is one of Satan’s greatest weapon used against Christians who are holding tight to the God of the Bible. To defeat a believer he must somehow get you to let go of Jesus (trust). Once we stop trusting in the Lord our faith gets weakened and the outcome will be that we will fall.

No matter what anyone says to you, continue to trust in Jesus and His promises found in holy scripture. Remember, demons don’t come visibly to attack you but through individuals (1 Timothy 4:1-2) with a false message that will be cancer to your faith to kill it.

    1. Hello Maria, yes, we have to be very careful and rely heavily on God’s Word which by the way the word canon in Greek means rod or ruler. We must measure every teaching with God’s Word.
