11 and blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, yet they did not repent of their actions.
The people who received the mark of the beast (666) cursed God instead of repenting which confirmed that they were committed to Satan even though they knew that God had defeated their leader, the Antichrist. He was of no help to those whom he deceived against God’s judgments.
12 The sixth poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the east.
The phrase, “The sixth poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates” refers to the stage being prepared for the heaven and earth war, see Revelation 19:19.
13 Then I saw three unclean spirits like frogs coming from the dragon’s mouth, from the beast’s mouth, and from the mouth of the false prophet.
These three unholy trinity will give the command to send out demons into the four corners of the earth to deceive those who are in a high position to mobilize them with an enormous army to fight against Jesus Christ with His army when He comes to earth to reign as King of kings and Lord of lords, see Revelation 20:1-2, 4.
14 For they are spirits of demons performing signs, who travel to the kings of the whole world to assemble them for the battle of the great day of God, the Almighty.
It seems that the leaders are only convinced through signs and miracles. That is why deception is so effective. It takes your focus away from the Biblical Truth and into the sign being performed.
This is exactly what is occurring within the Catholic Church, they see the statues of Mary crying blood, and images in the skies but yet, they disregard the warning of Holy Scripture against idolatry.
15 “Look, I am coming like a thief. The one who is alert and remains clothed so that he may not go around naked and people see his shame is blessed.”
The word alert and clothed refers to the same thing. It means to make sure that you are walking in step with the Word of God and are watchful through prayer.
