G O D   is   L O V E

The love of both the Son and the Father are cohesive in nature (the characteristics of God) since they are the One true God Yahweh (Deuteronomy 6:4-The word “one” is a plural form).

“eternal comfort” refers to a state of eternal blissfulness (overwhelming happiness) when a person who is indwelt by the Holy Spirit dies and goes to be with the Lord Jesus Christ in heaven.

“good hope through grace” The hope that a Christian has is good because of its reward, everlasting life. It is obtained by grace, God’s love, and kindness through His Son’s death and resurrection.
