Who Is The Serpent?

Now the serpent was the most cunning of all the wild animals that the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, “Did God really say, ‘You can’t eat from any tree in the garden’?” -Genesis 3:1

The serpent is the one who caused mankind to fall into sin by deception and brought about their death, physical and spiritual—separation from God.

So the great dragon was thrown out—the ancient serpent, who is called the Devil and Satan, the one who deceives the whole world. He was thrown to earth, and his angels with him. -Revelation 12:9

The serpent of Genesis is none other than Satan himself. The phrase “the ancient serpent” reveals that Satan’s fall happened before the first humans were created.

You are of your father the Devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning and has not stood in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he tells a lie, he speaks from his own nature, because he is a liar and the father of liars. -John 8:44

Jesus was speaking to the Jews who wanted Him dead—giving a comparison of their desires to that of Satan’s because he was the first murderer, referring to the serpent’s deception that ended up destroying Adam and Eve’s relationship with the LORD—bringing upon their death. And was now behind these men—stirring them to murder Jesus.

The gospel of Jesus Christ is where you will find the Truth.

Any other source that reveals the nature of God other than the Scriptures, you will find the teachings of Satan which will bring you false doctrine, and is also known as doctrines of demons (1 Timothy 4:1-2).

Who is the serpent? Satan. The first murderer and the father of lies.

  1. This is the essence..

“So the great dragon was thrown out—the ancient serpent, who is called the Devil and Satan, the one who deceives the whole world. He was thrown to earth, and his angels with him. -Revelation 12:9

Probably the most important parts of the Bible along with Isaiah 53.

The Devil or the Deceiver is right in front of us, while he (they, the Demons) have worldly materialistic power and wealth over the rest of us, through deceiving man for the last 2000 years, maybe longer and they do actually practice Satanism, which includes ritualistic murder and sacrifice, they will experience such pain which is unimaginable, they want to prolong life but they can never be immortal. I’ve watched countless people who’ve actually experienced death, or Near Death Experiences, about 85% experience the taste of paradise, the others see a Hellish existence, most share a common theme although no two NDE’s are exact, they even see their own futures but when returning to the operating theatre in hospital they remember the whole experience except for the future part as that interferes with free will.
Free will is really what decides our futures. You reap what you sow. As with the Resurrection of Christ, the Soul transmigrates whereas the body perishes.
When people see the light through the tunnel, they often describe an infinite compassion in that existence, there is no time and there is no space. It’s the absolute, eternal and Infinite God.

  2. Thank you for your comment londoninvestigates, much appreciated.

“The Devil or the Deceiver is right in front of us,”

The Scripture reveals in Ephesians 6:12 that the demonic forces of evil travel back and forth by way of the heavens [the sky] looking for believers to make them fall into sin and for those who are unbelievers to blind them permanently (2 Corinthians 4:4).

    “they do actually practice Satanism”

I don’t know if by the “they” you meant men or demon. If you meant men then yes, I would agree, but if demons, they are the ones who appear while the ritual is conducted by men. Demons do not do the rituals themselves. Witchcraft is a way to call a demon or demons to your home which is the most dangerous thing one can do.

“I’ve watched countless people who’ve actually experienced death, or Near Death Experiences, about 85% experience the taste of paradise,”

The “Near Death Experience” must be taken with a grain of salt. Must of them can be a deception as they meet their families with dark clothes on the other side and say things that are not biblical. Paul in the Scriptures had the same experience and he didn’t have any words to express what he saw, so when a person recounts a lot of details, we must be careful because if a godly man, Paul, didn’t have any words to give details on what he saw, why would others in our time have the words? Do you see what I’m saying? The Scriptures is our meter of truth. As long as you have the meter of truth (the Scriptures), you will not get deceived.

“Free will is really what decides our futures. You reap what you sow.”

I would agree that our free will plays a big role, no doubt about that. I would like to go further and expound on why free will will decide one’s outcome.

Jesus comes to a person and convicts him of his sins, showing him that He (Jesus) paid his debt of sin on the cross in full. If the person accepts Jesus as his Lord and Savior, Jesus will forgive all of his sins and he can go to heaven. Jesus doesn’t force His gift on him but pleads with him become if he doesn’t accept it, his lot will be hell. The reason is because Jesus is the only one who died in his place. Salvation cannot be found in any other. The person then exercises his free will to accept Christ or reject Him. The person’s fate is sealed if he rejects Jesus Christ from the heart.

“As with the Resurrection of Christ, the Soul transmigrates whereas the body perishes.”

Your second part happens before the resurrection occurs. The soul of a believer goes to be with the Lord but the body remains in the grave. The resurrection of Christ or the resurrection itself means that the person receives a spiritual body that can never die and is without any sin but perfect. Jesus after He died on the cross went to the spirits in Hades and on the third day, Jesus Christ resurrected (rose from the grave) with a spiritual body, showing us that we will also have one. Jesus was an example for all who believe in Him that when we die, we will also receive, in the resurrection, a body like His.

  3. Hey SpaniardVIII, I just wanted to let you know that your newest post, “The Destruction of a Nation” could not be found on your blog though I got the email. Whenever I click on the link it says the page cannot be found, and when I just go to the regular website on Safari, there is no new post in sight. So, just wanted to let you know, God bless you.

  4. Thank you Spaniards.

By Demons, I mean people prepared to abuse children, like Epstein and the 0.1% elites who deceive others and are protected by power.
On NDE’s I see your scepticism but I should have pointed out most NDEers testimonies include an experience with Jesus Christ himself, it’s actually how and why I became Christian and worship Christ daily.
Many scientists and especially doctors who saw people die first hand with no pulse, heart rate, no brain activity and starved of oxygen for 5 minutes cannot explain how these people can repeat what the doctors were saying during the time they were dead, even more bizarre, they cannot explain how these people could read their thoughts.
I know some people use scripture to see to Christ, I know others do due to life experiences, others use both.
    Thanks for reading this.
We know Christ is the absolute way. Either way 🙂

  5. I agree with what you have said. I believe that some people have seen Jesus Christ after their death. And came back with a desire for the Bible. I heard a testimony of a man who died in the operating room and started to ask Jesus many questions. Jesus turns and said to the man, why don’t you read my Book? That sounds like a biblical Jesus.

I’m glad that those testimonies brought you to Jesus for salvation.
