The Lord Knows Everything About You

13 For it was You who created my inward parts; You knit me together in my mother’s womb. 14 I will praise You because I have been remarkably and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful, and I know this very well. 15 My bones were not hidden from You when I was made in secret, when I was formed in the depths of the earth. 16 Your eyes saw me when I was formless; all my days were written in Your book and planned before a single one of them began.

Psalm 139:13-16 HCSB

The Lord knows everything about you. Every detail that makes who you are is known by the Lord. Every decision that you will ever make, for the Lord, is as if you had already made them. Our life is already written down. Nothing we do will get God by surprise.

For a believer in Christ, He has mapped out a path for us to follow to reach people for His kingdom and to live a life of holiness. When we waver off that path, He will discipline us so that we may repent and get back on the right track. We have to allow the Holy Spirit to lead us, which will only be through the Scriptures. If you feel that you are being led to read other biblical sources, know that it is not from the Holy Spirit.

The Lord’s power is beyond our comprehension. Another thing that has been written down in His book is all the times that He will come to reveal Himself to people, to show them how they can have a personal relationship with the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Jesus also knows who will reject Him and who will receive Him into their heart. Even though He knows the ones that will not accept Him, He will still try to convince them. That is how much love Christ has for the human race whom He has created in His image.

If you are a Christ-follower, the Holy Spirit will put it into your heart to talk to people about Jesus Christ, His death, and resurrection. If you never had that feeling to preach to people about Jesus and you claim to be a Christian, most likely you haven’t committed your life to Christ all the way yet. Jesus said that one of the ways to know that you belong to Him is by producing fruits.

7 If you remain in Me and My words remain in you, ask whatever you want and it will be done for you. 8 My Father is glorified by this: that you produce much fruit and prove to be My disciples. -John 15:7-8

16 You did not choose Me, but I chose you. I appointed you that you should go out and produce fruit and that your fruit should remain, so that whatever you ask the Father in My name, He will give you. -John 15:16

13 For it is God who is working in you, enabling you both to desire and to work out His good purpose. -Philippians 2:13

Do you have a desire to do His will? If not, ask the Lord Jesus Christ to reveal to you your spiritual condition.
