Squirrels: They like to live on trees alone but when it is cold, you will see two or more so that they can keep warm.
9 Two are better than one because they have a good reward for their efforts. 10 For if either falls, his companion can lift him up; but pity the one who falls without another to lift him up. 11 Also, if two lie down together, they can keep warm; but how can one person alone keep warm? 12 And if someone overpowers one person, two can resist him. A cord of three strands is not easily broken.
Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 HCSB
It is not beneficial for a believer in Christ to be alone. So God gave some friends, some brothers or sisters, and others have a wife or a husband. Regardless of what you have, it is good to build on your relationships that the Lord has given you. Remember, the people you’re with have been provided to you by the Lord so that you may bring Him glory.
When you have two brothers in Christ, the devil will have a more difficult time getting you to fall into his trap. And if one of you falls, the other lifts him up by intervening for him.
26 From one man He has made every nationality to live over the whole earth and has determined their appointed times and the boundaries of where they live. 27 He did this so they might seek God, and perhaps they might reach out and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us. -Acts 17:26-27
Before you were born, God determined what time in history you were going to live in and which family you would have. The purpose is to find the Lord, and after you have given your life to Him, you’ll share Jesus with your family and friends.
Just know that whatever you are going through with your family, it is the one that God wanted you to have. If someone in your family does not know the Lord, they become your primary focus to bring them to the truth. The main way to do this is to live a life of godliness so that they can see Jesus in you. And, the second thing to do is to bring them before the throne of God in prayer. Afterward, you can branch out to others.
