2 Thessalonians 3:1- Prayer For The Spreading Of The Word Of God

1 Finally, brothers, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may spread rapidly and be glorified, even as also with you, WEB

All Christians should add to their prayer list, the expansion of the message of Jesus Christ so that it may reach more people for their salvation.

“be glorified” It refers to God’s Word being accepted into one’s life and living according to it. When a person lives out the Bible, Jesus Christ gets glorified.

God’s Word Gives The Knowledge Of Salvation

To Fathers:

When you teach your children on a daily bases the Word of God and you still don’t see a commitment to the Lord, remember this.

I got this message from the Lord.

“Just like the farmer who waits for the rain and the crops to grow, so also is the Word of God when planted in a person’s heart. Be patient, for the Lord will make His Word grow for their salvation.”

Isaiah 55:10-11

10 For just as rain and snow fall from heaven and do not return there without saturating the earth and making it germinate and sprout, and providing seed to sow and food to eat,
11 so my word that comes from my mouth will not return to me empty, but it will accomplish what I please and will prosper in what I send it to do.”
